Conicia Together
It's everything in Conicia for OCD, connected to the therapist or prescriber you already see. You practice between visits, and because they can see what you're actually doing, they can guide you from where you really are, instead of what you manage to recall in the room. All at the same price as going on your own.
Patient's own weekly self-report. A tracker for change over time, not a diagnostic severity score.
What Conicia Together adds
Everything in Conicia for OCD, plus a clinician connected to it. You do the work day to day. They can see where you actually are, and help you from there.
Because your clinician can see your real work, they can tailor it to you, where you start and what to focus on next, instead of guessing from what you remember to mention.
You also get more than the program on its own. There's plain information about treatment, including how medication can fit in, you can launch exposures right from the app when you're ready, and there are tools for the moments panic hits. All of it optional, all of it there when you want it, alongside your clinician's care.
How the connection works
Your therapist or prescriber sends you an invite and, if it helps, sets where you start. From there Conicia works the same as it does for anyone, with lessons that show you OCD's tricks and tools for the hard moments.
If the two of you want to, you can open your work together before or during a session, so you spend the hour on your OCD instead of catching each other up. That's the optional "Use together" view. It's there if it helps, never something you have to do.

Alongside your clinician's care
Conicia for OCD draws its lessons and tools from established, evidence-based therapies. With Conicia Together, that work sits inside the care your clinician is already guiding, so the practice you do at home and the work you do in session point the same way.
What it costs you
Connecting your clinician doesn't cost you a cent more. Your clinician chooses to have a dashboard, which they pay Conicia $10 a month for. That's on them, not you. You pay for your program, the same as anyone using Conicia for OCD on their own.
Already seeing someone for OCD? Ask if they use Conicia. Working on this alone for now? Conicia for OCD on your own has the program and the tools, ready when you are.
